Competitor Analysis: Studied market leaders to pinpoint best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
User Research: Conducted in-depth interviews to reveal user pain points and expectations.
Data-Driven Insights: Gathered insights to inform design decisions with qualitative and quantitative data.
Concept Development & Sketching
With research insights in hand, I facilitated brainstorming sessions and developed initial sketches and wireframes. This phase focused on refining user flows and structuring interactions for clarity and efficiency. The iterative process allowed me to test multiple design directions before moving into high-fidelity prototypes.
UI Audit & Accessibility Enhancements
A comprehensive UI audit identified inconsistencies, usability bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. To ensure inclusivity, I incorporated:
High-contrast palettes for both dark and light modes.
Optimized typography for readability across all devices.
Accessible interactive elements ensure seamless navigation for all users.
Establishing a Scalable Design System
To ensure consistency and scalability, I built a structured design system incorporating:
Auto-layout for responsiveness
Component variants for flexibility
Nested instance properties for efficient updates
This system streamlined the design-to-development handoff and ensured visual and functional coherence across all product components.
New Design Implementation
Overhauled the existing dashboard, incorporating new features informed by user research. The improved structure enhances usability, functionality, and engagement, resulting in a more intuitive investment platform.
Testing & Validation
User Testing & Behavioral Analytics
To validate the impact of the redesign, I executed a multi-layered usability testing strategy that combined:
A/B testing to compare interaction efficiency.
Moderated user testing for direct feedback and real-time adjustments.
Heatmap analysis to detect behavioral patterns and pain points.
Iterative Optimization & Data-Driven Refinements
Each round of testing provided critical insights, leading to:
Enhanced task completion rates through refined interaction design.
Reduced cognitive load by simplifying complex workflows.
Seamless accessibility improvements ensure usability across diverse user needs.
